it's can be grate to add the option to set estimate time for Tasks / Milestones
it's can give on reports some "Idea" about the tasks Load of each developer / staff person buy the total of tasks * estimate time for opening tasks and Associate the next tasks to the available staff.

it's will help to Place the task as a journal by the estimate time for each task and the start / end hour and minutes

This has been partially implemented - a duration field is not available on the project actions - this field is not yet levied into the activity display to show actions / projects that are over budget.
