Summary0010184: hide closed tickets on "My Tickets" page
DescriptionThe "My Tickets" page has a filter to allow you to choose status, however, i really only need the ability to exclude one status, closed. Is there any way to have a configuration option to say "Hide closed tikets"

The solution for this will likely be the use of admin specific list filters, so that the list could be set with a specific filter arrangement and then set as default. In addition the tickets list options will be updated to include multiple selection lists.

Added multiple select filter to ticket list (and all lists) - this will also be accompanied in the future by a mechanism for storing your filter configurations.
