0010233: Action Weight

Hi,

I think it would be a great ability to give actions a weight, that is then used to calculate the overall percentage completion.

For example,

I have a project template that contains 11 actions. One of the actions takes 95 percent of the time of the entire job to complete. That action is inside a milestone along with 3 other actions, the other 3 actions takes a few minutes, the other action can take from a few hours to a few days.

Currently that long action is finished, but the actions following that long action (about 7 actions) arent done, leaving the job showing as 22% complete, when in reality its 98% complete. Same goes for the milestone, its showing as 25% complete, as the long action is finished, but the other 3 arent started yet, when in reality that milestone is 99% complete, the other 3 actions will only take a few minutes.

It would be great if there was the ability to give actions a weight, where that can influence the completed percentages of milestones and overall project progress.
