I have a team of 6 people and we were happy that we chose your system, but we feel that there is difficulty in accessing and searching actions and projects. So I thought if I could be tagged with star or flag the actions and project it can help

Ability to mark as favorite (per user) - projects / actions would be sorted above all others.
