Summary0010655: Fixed-price alternative to time log invoicing
DescriptionIt is more profitable to charge fixed-price fees for services normally charged per hour, since you can get more money if you're efficient. That's what we do for the most part, with some hourly work. It would be nice if wbTeamPro had this alternative to time log charging. Here's some ideas of how it might work:

1. When creating a project, give an option to specify if it's a fixed-cost project or hourly project.
2. For hourly projects, it would work as it works now.
3. For fixed-cost projects, it would give us an optional box to specify project cost. That at the end of the project we could simply convert to an invoice.
4. If no project cost specified, we could specify price for each task. Once project is complete, we invoice all tasks just like time log invoicing. But instead of hours it simply takes those task fees.

Thought I'll share this. I think it would help many using wbTeamPro start making more money by charging fixed fees instead of an hourly rates... For example, if it takes you 10 min to make a change on a website, you would only charge for those 10 minutes... with fixed fee, you can charge higher fee based on what customer is willing to pay... not how long it took you to do it.
