The project status is currently a customizable array with no specific item dedicated to a completed status. However the completed % percentage calculatoin is a dependable marker.

The project status and the project completed % have been added as HTML Class Names on the project row. A new class definition has been added to the CSS Style sheet to color the rows with 100% completion with a light gray background.
