Additional Information | We like to keep clients on our site, so something like zoho is annoying as we have to get them another login (which we cant password reset) and then dual enter details. Anything that could help the client share and communicate info to us is helpful, tickets work pretty well, but being able to participate in the project process and view EXTERNAL items gives them that “warm and fuzzy”, most wont use it I am sure. File uploads is a must have though, so clients don’t have to use free upload services etc. | ||||
