0010419: Suggestions for 3.1

Description

1. The ability to have a "Pending" status once copying a template. Once you change it from Pending to Active, or perhaps have a "Start Project" button, the dates realign automatically to the durations specified for each milestone.

2. The ability to place the rest of the project back into a "Wait/Pending" status so that if we are waiting on a client deliverable, and they are late, the rest of the project can automatically adjust the dates.

3. In relation to number 2 above, perhaps the ability to have all the actions in Pending until the previous milestone completes 100% to activate the next milestone and related actions.

4. Change everything that says "Action" to the word "Task" - makes more sense really - I would call them tasks, but then again we have already done that in the Language file.

I believe the first three can be resolved by having a "Date Adjust" function that allows you to shift the entire project forward / backwards by a specific offset or date. 0000004 will need to remain a language choice on your implementation. The concept of actions has been used to separate the logic of a task from the base concept of an action (or node) in the timeline. A task is an actionable element, where a milestone or group are containers.
