0010932: Appointment Scheduling Feature

Description

I have an idea about adding a new feature for wbTeamPro about appointment scheduling with the following initial functions:

- add new tab for appointments
- client can request appointment about the project from client area
- admin can schedule appointment for client and assign it to staff
- client see the list of his appointments (past and future) with status of each
- staff see the list of his appointments with link to the project or client page, good to add appointments in WHMCS calendar also
