0010225: ionCube causes Binding error in PHP 5.2.14

Description

Table class binds results to the table object, which is failing when encoded using ionCube 7 in PHP 5.2.14 for unknown reasons. This may be particular to the server in question. The failure is critical and results in no logged error. A workaround has been deployed to the table class that first extracts the object variables using get_object_vars before iterating.
