0010278: Configuration error on Project Provisioning

Description

'm seeing the following message when I use the Automatic Project Creation process:

wbTeamPro Error: configuration not found

To reproduce this error I created a product, and in Module Settings I chose:
Module Name: Wbteampro
Server Group: None
Project Template: {a project template I made}

I tried selecting:
Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed
and
Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received
