| Description | IMHO It is very important that on completion of certain orders , a project be created from a template, with specific tasks and time-frame related to the order type. For example: for a webdesign order a 4 week project with specific tasks be created and for a programming order a 5 week with other tasks (related to it) be created(preferably assigning tasks to the department members or specific team members). Magj, Have you tried using the provisioning module provided with wbTeamPro? You can assign the wbTeamPro module to a product (WHMCS > Product / Services) and thus have a new project created automatically when a product is purchased. This is currently limited by the 1 module per product limit of WHMCS, and cannot be used if the product is already using another provisioning module. |
