0010390: Welcome Email Button

Description

Without making it extremely complicated, it would be nice to have just a single button the project detail page so that when you activate a project (for example, a template created into a project for a client) you can just click the button and it fires a "New Project" template that perhaps contains some information from the merge fields so they know they have a new project to go tend to. The reason I ask is we always massage the due dates, notifications, etc based on who the client is, and their requirements, so just a simple email to them would be great, rather than have to go back to the clients account, and select a generic template from there.
