DescriptionHi,
as additional to issue 0010360
it's will be grate to add some default billable / not billable option for new tickets, mean, client / admin open ticket
if this ticket is flagged first time as billable, all next times the default billing checkbox will be checked, and if it's marked as not billable, all next time tracking for this ticket will be unchecked by default.
