Client userid relationship on timelog can get out of sync when a client relationship to a ticket, action, or project happen outside of the standard mechanism. This is a fault in the way the action attempts to keep track of these values that may not always remain in their original relationships. The action record needs to be updated to store only a subject ID, paired with the subject type to create the relationship.
