Summary0010759: Email on topic comment not being sent
DescriptionWhen the client replies the a discussion thread, the assigned employee doesn't get notified of it. I have on Topic Changed checked for both Assigned and Client and still no email. Assigned can create discussion, client gets notified of discussion, but when client replies, assigned doesnt know about it.
