For example when trying to truncate logs.

 Just to note - I did figure this one out by going in to the database and making a change to the following table:

tbladdon_wbteampro_extension

And marking the column 'extension_protected' for all addons to a '0'

This allowed me to purge the log, etc. Not sure if that was proper to do or not, but it worked. Maybe that helps.
