0010791: Timer - Pop Out on TOP - Always visible timer

Description

Hey guys,
Would be great to have a "pop-out" type function for the timer, a little like the gmail email pop-out to new window.
ALSO... option to force it to stay on top of all other windows.

ALWAYS visible timer is a HUGE value add .... otherwise timers are left running and it is hard to find what is/isn't going. Having as a small pop-out/over timer would make time recording much more of a joy, better uptake, more accurate, etc.

.... as a bonus a small pomodoro count-down bar and optional ticker/alerts integrated into the pop-out timer display would be awesome as well.

- could be a premium-addon subscription for the existing TimeLog extension ????
