0010844: TimeLog Billing Plugin option for grouping invoice line items by "Time Log, Action, or Ticket"

Description

In the "Automated TimeLog Billing Options" under "Invoice Generation Options" there would be a setting for "Invoice Line Item Grouping" by Action, TimeLog, or Ticket.

I think there could be a "Miscellaneous" line item if items that need to be invoices are not related to the chosen grouping option.
