0010933: Add ability to skip weekends on project copy / deploy

Description

Add ability to skip days (weekends) when a project is copied, so that the newly copied tasks are expanded to include only working days.

If the original task was 3 days, mon-wed, and the new task fell on a friday, then the new task would be 5 days, fri-tue.
