0011021: Merge invoices when multiple projects automatically invoice on the same day

Description

Add the option or make it the default behavior to merge all project billings that occur during a cron job for a client into a single invoice. Currently if a client has multiple projects, and the projects are set to invoice on the same cycle, the client will receive multiple invoices.
