Summary0010315: Per Department Time tracking Billable item Yes/No by Default for tickets
DescriptionHi,
it's can be very useful to let us to configure the default status of the Tickets time tracking Billing status (yes/No) per Department
so for example, each ticket on "Customer services" will be non billable
and for Custom Development Department will be billable by default
same for sales, Domains, hosting support etc...
