| Description | Would like to see if its possible to allow the clients to upload files to the project as a whole. What we have been doing is creating a thread for the customer with their quote, and other documentation, but would like to perhaps create a "project files" area for everything - this way they don't have to open a ticket, upload it there, then have to go link it. We tend to shy away from making them open more tickets once it's a project.
